Ages 12+
Our Teens Jiu-Jitsu program builds strong foundations in technique, fitness, and self-defense. Teens learn key positions, submissions, escapes, and transitions—applying them in real-world scenarios with confidence. Classes combine strength and cardio training to boost endurance, agility, and overall fitness. Beyond the mat, we emphasize discipline, awareness, and the ability to stay safe in any situation. Whether beginner or advanced, every teen will grow in skill, confidence, and resilience.
